I'm having a hard time trying to get 225.I get to 226 & there I stay,somedays going to 227,like this morning.Been stuck.Last week at 226 I went a day fasting,just drinking water.Next morning still 226. I was told I was not eating enough,I was averaging 800 to 950 calories a day,carbs around 15-20 daily.So I went to 1200 cals a day,carbs under 20 daily.Gained 3 lbs in 3 days!I started drinking 64 ozs. water daily.I walk alot,do aerobics & lift weights every other day.My clothes are getting bigger on me & I can see muscle where I have'nt seen it in a few years.Anyone have an idea why I am stuck & can't get to 225? I was thinking about setting a goal to 200 lbs after I get to 225.At this rate it would take me a very long time & I'm 65 already.Good thing is I feel like 25 & can perform daily chores very well,my only exception is my left knee gives me a bit of pain now and then.I had knee replacement surgery on it a couple years ago.
