Well, obviously I cannot stick to a diet or healthy eating on my own. I need the support and accountability that this site offers. New Year's probably isn't a great day to start but I have got to get back to a more manageable weight. I feel horrible. My clothes don't fit and I have no energy. Its a far cry from where I was.

My goal at this point is not going to be measureable in pounds. I am shooting for a clean Induction. I want to follow that for a minimum of 2 weeks and then re-evaluate whether or not I can move on.

God, I am asking you to guide me. I need help. I cannot do this alone.
