Banned excuse: I am not here to maintain, but to lose another 15 pounds or so.

Habit to break: Eating to maintain, instead of to diet!

I have 3 more weeks of challenge to succeeed in getting below 150!
69,9 kg Bisher verloren: 5,0 kg.    Still to go: 6,4 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Diätkalender ansehen, 25 Juli 2008:
970 kcal Fett: 33,46g | Eiw: 88,30g | Kohlh: 85,54g.   Frühstück: milk, Life Cereal. Mittagessen: Chicken Leg Meat (Broilers or Fryers) , brussel sprouts, sour cream, egg whites. Abendessen: hummus, Chicken Dark Meat (Roasting) . Snacks/Sonstiges: south beach pudding, triscuits, crackers, carrot cake, laughing cow cheese. mehr...
Zunahme von 1,1 kg pro Woche

Hi Susie. There is a game-like quality to dieting: take it slow, listen to your body, watch yourself very carefully, meditate, center on the breath; and then, just break the bad habits. :-)

I am right there with you- a took a little break to "maintain " which turned out to be a "gaintain" and now I really want to lose the gain and achieve the original goal. WE CAN DO IT!! let's boot the 150's straight out the door!!!
