very slow weight loss, but trying to focus on the better changes i am making like being more active and more conscious of what I'm eating. I've given up my daily desserts, have turned down junk food and eating fruit instead, and have been keeping calories under 2,000. I am doing personal training twice a week for a weight loss study, and adding extra walks the rest of the week. I really need to focus on getting more protein and water.
