Hit my goal today after 10 weeks of eating better and smaller amounts. Lost a total of 21Lbs. I averaged 1100-1200 calories Monday to to Friday and eat and drink what I like on weekends. Also found eating my tea at 5pm helped big time. Good luck people and keep up the good work.

As I said on weekends I eat anything I like -
full english breakfast and a takeaway or go out for dinner and dont bother calorie counting. Always have a few beers or bottle of wine every weekend too. You need a balance and a couple of days off or it wont last. It gives you something to look forward to. Hooe this helps peoples. Keep going........
