Been to the Doctors today for cholesterol review- has reduced to 7. So now I am absolutely determined to reduce this thing without the need for medicine. If anyone has high cholesterol and know any good recipes or advice that would be really helpful. I managed to lose a few pounds last year using this app and some other f the recipes that were uploaded but due to some pressure at work it all went out the window. I am now enjoying a period like of semi retirement and really want to get in shape this summer before returning to the workforce in September.
