Got injured, was on bed rest for a month and gained it all back!
81,6 kg Bisher verloren: 0,5 kg.    Still to go: 20,4 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.

Thanks Alliecat, sorry so late replying, I have been logging my food and excercise, but not really checking anything else! I have now managed to get back to where I was before my accident, and I am in good physical shape. I just wish I hadn't wasted all of that time getting back to the "beginning"! I am in a good place now and hoping I can reach my goal of losing 20 lbs by July 1st. Hope you are well :)

You can do it! It's hard, but I have been amazed at what cutting out processed foods can do. I really hope to lose a total of 20-25 pounds during March, April, and May (doing a 3 month challenge). Thirty would be awesome, but I'm adding muscle due to some serious weight lifting, so I figured 20-25 would be a little more reasonable :)
