Oh well, not much, but at least a pound! Have continued with the diet and remain eating under 1400 calories a day and walking every day- average of 3.5 miles a day, which from almost sedentary to this amount of brisk walking without getting out of breath is an achievement in itself. Holiday next week in Sardinia, I am hoping to have a great time, keeping up the exercise with the addition of some swimming and also the Mediterranean diet I have been following should keep my body used to the same type of diet- won’t be weighing in next Sunday so will see where we are in 2weeks! However, despite not much actual weight loss, I have lost 5 inches around my chest and 3 around my waist and I feel in really good health- so thanks for the encouragement last week when I just wanted to indulge in coffee , chocolate and wine, I managed some self control and feel quite proud of myself
