Can someone help me please. This RDI- mine is at 2100 cal. So today I have consumed about 1800cal. How do I read the RDI grid if it says I have a balance of 300cal ? Does this mean I have eaten too little for the day and need to eat 300 cal more ? Does this make sense when my goal is weight loss ? Can someone help me please. This RDI- mine is at 2100 cal. It means that you have eaten less 300cal but I sometimes eat less than the recommended RDI on certain days but I think the plan should be to never go over the RDI
