Still at 169 lb. despite having a number of celebrations in the last month. I guess the walking exercise helps. But although I'm eating pretty much anything I want, I'm staying aware of when I'm satisfied so don't over eat. The one time I didn't, I felt sick to my stomach - too full. I keep that in mind and find it helps. So one scoop of ice cream does it. LOL
