still struggling with macros if my carbs are low my fats are high. can't quite find the balance with all my other restrictions. also had to totally cut out caffeine which makes me miserable, to get the numbers right.

I run into this, too. I am trying to use lean protein like eggs, chicken, and fish. My carbs I use seasonal fruit (right now cherries, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries), vegetables (sometimes a potato, but definitely sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots), and rice.
