keeping calories below 1700 but still struggling with macros levels. I did really well keeping things out of my diet to keep my FPIES baby safe and healthy. I don't know why it's more of a struggle to do it for myself. we're still dairy, soy, rice, ham and turkey free. She outgrew FPIES to gluten which is a problem for me. Because, yeay pasta!
