Back at it. went to 260 something after hip surgery got back to 250 and managed to stay at that weight with a little I.F. Intermentent Fasting. I have moved up with my mom as dad moved to heaven. No 24 hour around here so I have been weed whacking for my morning PAID workout. Freaking hot up here in Fresno area. Been going home to Santa Cruz to take care of business. Weight started to creep up again 257 the other day. Got bugged about that and said to myself, Are you really happy at 250? NO!! Been single for a while and trying out dating sites and people keep liking my photos of 190. I really hate to explain well that was a little while ago but I will get back to it...WHEN?? NOW NOW is the answer. Taking care of Mom I have to make and buy things I would not. She also needs to loose like 50 lbs or more. She has dementia and does not want to low carb. Ha she does not know it but she is lower carbing it. She sleeps more so I let her and she is also Intermentent Fasting too. She has more strength and I just started weighing her. More pep in her step. She wants to go with me more often although I can't get her to get out of the car much of time. I am hoping to be her inspiration. God knows we are much healthier when we eat right and get the lbs off. I can't bear the thought of losing her soon as well. You guys are my inspiration, my cheerleaders. Many of you dont know it but I will make a better effort. I am inspired now. One of the hardest things about LOW CARB is starting. First few days are the hardest after less than a week sweets loose there appeal and then its a mental game. Body feels great, mind too. So why do I want to shove that 39 cent blueberry turnover pie in my mouth? Cause its a deal!! Hmmm I need to remember the hidden costs. Writing this help me be accountable. I like to do what I say. Much more on the line now. Im 60 and want to be on this planet for my Son and others who love me and count on me. I also want a really good partner, friend, lover, Wife. My youngest brother said the other day. You want a really good woman, focus on becoming a better Man. We all know this but it should become paramount in us singles.
