HCB thanks 😊❤️ I can’t seem to get above 94% oxygen. It was 89-90% this morning waking up. I’m breathing better just still fighting it. Pretty much sit around 93-94%. I’m just taking it easy and trying different foods to see if anything tastes good😂

I still can’t believe I hit my first goal ❤️ The goal was so far out of reach from where I started and sometimes that can be a huge fail. 269 lbs to 207😳 like I could have taken it easier on myself. I look at every pound lost as a huge plus. I found my biggest achievement, was finding a place that actually WORKED for me🙌 It’s crazy!! Like I’m more impressed with the person I have become with healthy habits and a sense of control over my life. Balance and trying new things and never giving up. I’m so blessed ❤️
