I've worked extremely hard this week trying to get back on track since returning from Vacation 2 weeks ago where I gained almost 7lbs. The numbers are rewarding since I'm headed back in the right direction.

It was very difficult to get motivated this morning but I pushed through and got another excellent workout on the Elliptical machine with 50+ minutes as well as a few pushups and 300 situps.

Now if I can only set myself up for a good weekend without blowing it I should be poised to reach my goal once again by next weekend or at the least by the end of the month.
