Started off the day not with a bang stomach upset, so I ha a whole wheat bagle plain with an egg, hit the spot. Again workout was good. I made myself a deal that I would start trying to get to bed earlier so far that is going great. Used to be lucky to get 5 hours of sleep two nights in a row now been to bed by 9:30 pm getting 7 hours of sleep, what a difference. But after being up at 4:30 am and work and home exersises kids dinner walking the dogs im exhausted and waiting for my head to hit my pilllow. Now we have word that we have a lot of snow headed our way so not really looking forward to tomorrow, im sure ill have a fun time getting car cleand off for work.
