Not a super week for weight loss but not horrific either. I can NOT have whipped cream (LOL, sugar free) it's too much dairy and I eat way too much of it. My weight loss would have been more with a lot less if it. Oops. I did fast once this week but not for as long as I wanted. 38 hours on Saturday into Sunday. Probably the only reason I saw any loss.
So a few weeks ago I screwed up. I bought new sneakers and did my 4 miles in them and well I messed my feet up pretty good. My feet are recovered enough I started walking again. I only did a mile last night but it's a start. Tonight I think will be 3.5 miles. It's finally a bit colder at night, a low of 70 tonight, so walking will be a bit easier.
