189.2 It's been a week since I've recorded, so recording this one. That's a 1.4 lb loss for the week...about average for me, I think.

Tonight is the concert, it's going to be a very long and tiring day, but also exciting and fun. Just not sure what dinner is going to be. Worst case is going to be something like barbecued meat with cole slaw and baked beans....and as far as eating badly goes, I'm sure I've done much worse than that in the past. lol

The rest of the day until we have to leave early this afternoon, I'm going to just take it easy at home. Save my energy for tonight.

Congrats on welcoming the 180's into your life again!!! That is fantastic!!! Have a fun day ... eat wisely but enjoy yourself!! It is what you do each and everyday that matters ... and enjoying moments is still very important!! I bet you were excited to see that number this morning!!

Thanks Shia, I'm certainly going to try! lol madaboutmoose...it got even better, actually...after I got out of bed and puttered around the house a bit, I stepped on again and it said 188.4! I go with my first waking weigh in though, so I stuck to it. I'm still so close to 190 though that I feel certain after eating at the venue tonight I'll be in the 190's tomorrow, but know it will just be temporary. I'm developing an aversion to eating out because I always know the sodium is going to cause water retention for days. lol
