Been stuck here for a week. Gotta tweak a few things. Hope to get to 300 by the end of the year. Kickboxing has been a huge help. Highly suggest it for anyone needing motivation. Worth every penny.

Good luck with with making adjustments. Kick boxing is something I've always wanted to try. I've never looked into it, but it is on my list. 😊

Becc, you should do it. I love the whole process. You go at your own pace and everyone is very encouraging. Plus I have seen results faster with this than anything I’ve done before. Go for it. I actually have muscles I can see again. 😝😝

I go to a Rock Box gym. But there are more places like it. I have also seen boot camp boxing and F45. Similar concepts. It’s so much better for me than going to a gym and coming up with my own workouts. Plus the social aspect is great and has built in accountability.

Duross, at the age of 85, my mother injured her knee kick boxing. My sister and I almost fell over laughing at her doctor's reaction when she told him how she had hurt herself. So glad it's working for you! 🌈🌈🌈
