Today is not a good day. I have lost 44lbs total since April. I found this web site after I started. But I feel sadness for all the weight I have to go. I am disappointed that I let myself gets so heavy. Mabey in another 44lb I can see my feet. Oh well.

just to say well done for what you have achieved since April, that is a great loss. I have a large ammount to lose too and it does feel overwhelming at times but hopefully this time eh.
