Back on track, last day i do Seulgi diet, i only allowed to drink soya milk all day long, saya memodifikasinya dengan menambah dada ayam, dan tahu 2. Well, tbh, i don't get the best result, and i kinda dissapointed. *sigh. That's okay, i still have one week left before 2019 and reach my goals.
