I have not followed my diet for quite awhile, almost a year. I have gained 30 pounds, and I now need to get it off. My DD is getting married August 1 so I'm setting that as my goal. 175 lbs by August 1. I did it before and I can do it again. I have kept many of the habits I made while losing almost 100 pounds, so it shouldn't be too bad.
