I haven't been on this site for weeks, shame on me. I only stayed the same weight because I got ill the other day otherwise I think I would be at least 5lbs heavier. So today is the first day of spring, what better reason then to work on weight loss again, summer is around the corner, I have a ton of weddings to go to this year and I am heading to Europe again in September all good reasons to drop the weight. So tomorrow before I head to my parents house I am going to do an hour at the gym. I will also not snack on anything other than fruit tomorrow and I will drink a glass of water before each meal. Those are my promises to myself. I say this all the time I need to kick start myself there is no better day then today (but since today is over I will start tomorrow). peace and weight loss all!
