I've been absent for a bit due to the internet in my new office being slow to establish. I've fallen off WW a little because my friend that I was doing it with quit and started a vegan diet which she enjoys but just wouldn't work for my lifestyle. I started tracking points from Monday to Monday but I don't think that works for me as well as the Weds to Weds that I was doing before. Basically it seems like I eat/drink more on weekends with the husband and friends so I use a lot of points then. If I'm tracking Monday through Friday as a set I've already probably used most of my extra points so the weekends seem tense and I overeat because I feel like I've already screwed up. When I track Weds-Weds, I can use a lot of extra points on weekends and then just "make up" for it Mon-Weds. Anyway...new strat will be to start new points on Thurs as if I was still going to meeting on Weds night. Hope everyone is doing well!

Went to a cabin at Big Bear over the weekend and had so much fun. Really nice to feel such gratitude for time with family and friends...sometimes life is so busy that I don't really take the time to just look around at all the love and light in my life. This weekend I really had a sense of how lucky I am and the wonder of it all made the beautiful time even better. Cheesy maybe but that's where I'm at this morning. God bless :)
