Today looking at my loss and knowing I have almost lost 30 lbs excites me. I had to mess up for a while, but I am back on track and going strong. I finally broke the 20 mark a dam feeling really proud and just seeing myself below the 100 pounds to go mark by 8 lbs is motivation, my realistic goal is to be at 240 by the end of February. I had to do some adjustments, but I think I have got a good shot at it. Wish me luck. And thank you for the continued support....
