Thanks 😊 everyone! Ok so initially I wanted to stop at around 74Kg as I felt that would have me lean enough to build up more muscle from there. But the more I worked out it seemed like I had a lot more fat than I thought! So My plan is to get completely lean so my abs are showing clearly and then start clean bulking. While staying lean. From the measurements that I did I think by 70Kg I will be there. Just a week more! See the photo I took yesterday morning I am nearly done! Fingers crossed 🤞. I am happy with the results so far and not worried about the weight so much as my goal is to get leaner and also put on healthy size while staying lean.

Well done great result, it’s hard to work out how much body fat you need to lose id like to be around 15% but who knows I may need to lose me the problem With me is it comes off my face too which personally for me I don’t like so it’s finding that happy medium but I wish you the best and hope you find yours 👍

Paul it it is hard to workout yes, I had the same issue with it coming off my face first but eventually as you loose around the rest of the body, your face soon comes back to the normal look without the excess fat around the face. I stuck to only having 15g of fat for 4 weeks in my last meal of the day only (from avocado) and 5 litres of water a day (this includes tea or coffee without milk though) no sugar either. And seems to work out for me.
