Weighing in after 2 or 3 weeks. Husband and I have been seriously tracking food for more than a month, and decided new scales were in order, since neither of the two we had weighed true. It was discouraging to see that new scale was 3-4 lbs higher than what I had been using as reference.
Rather than weigh in at a 4 lb gain, I've put it off until I could catch up to the new scale. This morning down a half lb from last weigh in. TECHNICALLY it's a 4.5 lb loss. So back in the game!
