Not been an easy couple off weeks. My girlfriend and her daughter were up here for s week so the house was full off “bad choices” I resisted from all apart fro the Gin! Then unfortunately I my wee dog had a one way visit to the vets. She was 15yrs old, riddled with cancer. It broke all our hearts. Since Yvonne and Eva went back home to Preston I guess I over compensated for my food and alcohol sins. I’m trying to maintain now not loose. Stick in there FS friends. X
