Now that my last two weigh ins were consistent, I feel comfortable saying I'M FINALLY NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT!!!
I'm one pound away from my February goal, I'm hoping I can hit it in the next weigh in. I'll be sticking with the strictness I've been trying to do, which most of the time ends up with me being 200-300 calories under RDI (yay!).
Hoping to get a run in today, since it isn't raining, and tomorrow will be busy. I hope you all have a fantastic week!
