I was pretty consistent all February..however..did slip a few times I am happy with my progress and it stays pretty on track.

I am following a low carb diet ( no more Thant 50 net carbs a day and it is working well for me
No wheat breads, no pasta, no rice and no sugar..very happy with my daily healthy intake of fibre and fresh vegetables..

Today I was a little miffed at my 'self' as last evening I had a few more calories but worse CARBS than I needed to.
having friends over for dinner and having lots of the grape during the meal and then over conversation..is not a good choice as it seems to lead to a craving for carbs and more carbs later on at sleep time..so I kind of muted my way through several no no items..
