Okay, so I've been trying to ignore my weight and hope that it would just go down on its own but of course that's not happening so I'm going to try to be more dedicated to getting rid of my excess fat. 178 is with clothes and in the middle of the day so hopefully I'm actually only 175. (I never thought I'd say that. I used to panic whenever I hit 150.) :(
College has not helped my body and the cookies in the cafeteria have contributed to the beginnings of a roll between my breasts and belly... That has GOT to go.
But if I lose a pound or so a week, I can be below 170 by the time school gets out and 150 by the beginning of fall term (where I will be in an apartment dorm and can cook my own food!).
