OMG! My doctor’s diet is working. Stepped the scale today 184.4 from 195.5.
11 grams of saturated fat only per day. It was hard finding those items, originally, finding food that did not have any or very much saturated fat. I am eating fruit, vegetables and lean meats. Especially fish and chicken. I’m using spices and salsa to add flavor. Drinking lots of water. Walking.
The COVID-19 has caused problems finding food, especially chicken (after I used all that I had raised myself).
The prices keep rising on fish, but I’m still eating, it’s good no one else likes it.
