Well, I'm back, if any of you remember me. I fell off the bandwagon last year sometime during the holidays, and just kept regaining all my weight--and more (well, I weighed in after the Thanksgiving holiday so that could be a little skewed). Needless to say, it's time to change for the better.
My motivations this time have changed. I'm torn between sharing them with everyone, but also it comes to mind that this is a public avenue where anyone can read the information if they so choose. If you'd really like to know, please send me a PM :)
I'm fortunate enough to have signed up for a softball class coming up in January, so that will help with my exercising deficiencies. It's Monday-Friday, from 1:00-4:40 so it'll definitely be EXERCISE! haha.
For now my exercise will be walking. I have a tape by Leslie Sansone called "Walk Away the Pounds Express" and it includes 1 and 2 mile walks. She leads you through each walk and it's not just walking... there are squat-type movements, kicks, stuff like that. The music has a good pace and Leslie herself is very encouraging. I don't mean to sound like I'm trying to sell the tape, but I like it a lot :)
