Been not feeling well this week, only done exercise 1 day and nothing else the other days, been eating lots of carbs, calories intake had gone down to 1400, and I have not eaten more than this on the week, no ice cream, no sweets, no heavy foods, too much carbs tho. I need to do lots more exercise...
