These couple of days, I had to be around others for work, which meant I ate what they gave me.
On top of that, a close family friend I haven't seen in a long time showed up with MacDonald's after I already ate breakfast. haha. so naturally I ate what I could anyway.
That made me not keep track or watch what I consumed for the remainder of the weekend, spilling over into yesterday... I even ate every single sweet packet / candy bar in my house.
I don't want to be discouraged when I cheat, even when it is hard not to feel bad when the numbers go up. I want to dust myself off and pick up where I left off. There is grace in failure. Today is a new day... Today, I am back on track.
