My first day back on the scale since lock-down started. Not being able to go to the gym and frustrated with being forced to exercise at home with limited equipment, I was shocked that I lost 6kg. Being a combination of fat and muscle, not ideal for a bodybuilder. :(
Can't wait to get back in the gym and to start lifting heavy again, making the best of the situation as it is by taking the dog for a run and by doing so body weight exercises.
