Well, don't know how that happened but it did so I'm happy.Slow but sure and then I'm still able to eat some naughty stuff too and some of the carbs I love.
Need to update my exercise for the last few days.Off to the gym later so will do it upon my return.Yes, the calorie counting thing really is working for me.Given me that boost back.
