Finally seeing a drop. Having a thyroid issue makes losing lbs hard af. I swim in the ocean, lift 5lb dumbells, have 3 kids I'm constantly chasing around.... sometimes it feels like I'm not going to stand a chance. So I bought a measuring tape and started taking measurements. I have lost a few inches!!! So even tho that scale is barely moving, my shape is changing, and I am so very thankful for that!! I have a heel injury from January that is keeping me from really working out hard. But it seems to be getting better day by day. Hopefully soon i can get on the cardio train and get my meds situated for my hypothyroidism. Anyways, Happy Saturday everyone!!
