don't worry...tomorrow is a new week and a great time to start again....I don't expect much loss this week either....I excersises min. due to my leg being sore so don't excersises when I feel pain. eating has been ok but also have not got much veggies in my house so eating breads and things....Need to wait for payday. But that's ok. not giving up. just counting calories as best I can. Gina try get some fast paced walking in today.....just to get me ready for tomorrow's workout again.....
