Well, its my birthday. I am 35 today. Life is like a role of toilet paper. The closer you are to the end, the faster it goes. I never thought I would have made it this far. I am more fit now than I have ever been in my life, but I can see some small age related changes,i.e. slower metabolism, morning aches and pains, decresed libido (ONLY SLIGHTLY!;), etc. I've got some things planned for this next year of my life. My main physical goal is to run my first marathon in Feberuary. We'll see. I have heard that the best mindset to have during a marathon is not to imagine yourself crossing the finishline, but to see yourself taking the next step, then the next, then the next. To me, this sounds like a good way to live your life too.
