Movement on the scale, down 1 lb! Slowly getting closer to the goal!
Long weekend for us. We have plans to go to the lake leaving tomorrow morning early and coming back Sunday night. My DH has to work Monday morning. But I have it off. Just plan to hang out the parents' farm on Monday with my little guy. As for the going to the lake part, I plan to have some relaxing time and perhaps have a few drinks and some bbq food! No plans to track my calories this weekend! But I will try to be mindful of what I am eating.
