Down a little bit this week which is okay by me! Baby steps will get me to my goal! I'm proud to say that I've lost over 30 lbs now!

My little guy was squirting water out of a spray bottle last evening and wanted to do it to my truck. That gave me a great idea of why not wash my truck? So, we washed it, not sparkling clean but I did get most of the bugs off the grill! I was not really in the mood to do much but this was a great way to do something! My little guy had a good time and kept with it for most of the job!

Not much planned for the weekend. Having some friends over tomorrow afternoon for a bbq. Then on Sunday we're getting together with my family to celebrate my parents' anniversary and my sister's birthday. In amongst all of that is the usual cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry and lawn cutting. My dad cut hay down on Tuesday so maybe there will be hay to do on Saturday if it dries down enough. We'll see!

Will get out today for a run at lunchtime. That will make it 5 days at 3.5 km per day equals 17.5 km for the week. Not bad!
