So I lost 100g this whole month. Flipping amazing considering the amount of pure comfort eating I have done this month. I ate more takeaways this month than the whole year since January! Trying very hard to get back onto the counting wagon, but my emotions are so crazy right now. Functioning in the craziness is my bigger goal right now
