October was a slow month for me. Surgery made it hard to get a lot of exercise and then a vacation pushed me back, but I am finally seeing the scale move again. I was down, then up, then down a little, then back up (all within 2-3 lbs) but I'm happy to be at my lowest weight in years! One and a half more pounds to be under 200 and 3 more pounds to reach 50 lbs!!! :-) I'm so proud of my hard work these last 6 months.
