Apparently I can maintain my weight like a boss. Too bad I'm still at the weight loss stage of the game. Dr apt this AM to adjust my thyroid meds. Hopefully that is the problem, because if not I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm averaging 1330 cals a day, 25g or less sugar (none of it processed sugar), 100g or less on any carbs, and walking 1 mile a day (up from couch potato/slug status). I really hate having to put this much energy and focus into what/how I eat and what I weigh.
