Breakfast: Boiled egg (back to normal: NOT cakes I had been eating for 2 days. LOL)
Lunch: Salad with Avocado and Cottage Cheese
Afternoon Break: Coffee ( I usually drink Matcha Tea, but my husband likes coffee)
Dinner: Salad with Avocado and Tofu, Nuts(no pic)
