Last night my "wanna's" took over. I wanted something sweet, salty and carby. I did stay out of the chocolate lol. I had sugar free whipped cream, baked cheese chips (0 carb) and 2 pieces of low carb toast with peanutbutter. The toast did it. I successfully stayed away from having a second round and things settled down. As I logged it this morning, I was surprised that it actually basically fit in my normal carb allowance. I give myself up to 20 net and I think it shows I went over by 1. Only like 1000 calories the whole day. I count that as a win.
Weight is holding steady AGAIN but I'm due for a drop. My holds are normally like 4 days so maybe tomorrow it'll go back down. I think my dietary fat has been low too (fixed THAT last night) so I'll keep an eye on it.
