2 grain & nut pancakes w/ blueberries & *bananas* (yellow light) w/ sugar-free syrup

3 mint-dark chocolate squares
1 WHOLE milk chocolate bar w/ almonds!

wheat toast w/ tsp full-sugar jelly

I had two bad ones this week. It'll show on my weigh-in tomorrow. After a very depressing evening last night (I was feeling so down about my lack of self-control & general out-of-shapeness, I cancelled plans to stay home & workout for 90 minutes...dance & step & a yoga video. Totally what I needed! So relaxing. I slept like a baby. John came over & encouraged me & helped get me out of my slump. I have a lot of things on my mind right now that are so much worse than my weight, however it's the only thing I can really control, so I'm very disappointed with my slip ups.
