I certainly do a lot better at recording my food entries on work days, that's for sure!

Yesterday I did well on the exercise side of things since I actually got to play tennis. Today I woke up and I feel like I got beat with a baseball bat in my head, neck, eyes, shoulders... good stuff. At least I know I got to play tennis yesterday- some days I wake up and I hurt like this and I haven't done anything at all.

My bf does a great job helping me out- he always gives me massages and tries to help with any of the pain. He's very understanding of the fatigue, but I find myself feeling like I look lazy or whiney, and I hate that! I probably overdo it on some days trying to prove that I'm just fine.

In other news, I really love the recipes feature on this website, because I can enter all of the ingredients in my standard dinner recipes and find out just how healthy they really are. So far I've impressed myself! Hahaha!

Don't be too pumped up for me on the weight loss- I'm pretty sure I'm dehydrated and I'll be drinking it back on today in water weight. Yesterday I was on the Publix scale (The giant one as you head out the door) and it said 140 1/2. It always says that, but I'm not sure which one is right. I need to get a different scale's opinion. At Publix I am always clothed and it's the end of the day, but still, the scale there varies at least 4 pounds from my home scale, usually more like 6 or 8 pounds.

High Points: I got to play tennis with my sweet heart yesterday. I am so lucky to have him in my life!
