Hi... m Anu here and I knew from quit some time that I was gaining weight but obviously I wasn't paying much attention to that but Recently I've been acknowledged to the fact that that m at the verge of being an obese.i really want to loose some weight now.. but this fact is also true that m extremely disorganized and can't fix into a routined life for a long period of time.
